SMS/Apeiron Stone Care System
This specific eco-friendly system was designed for natural stone like marble, granite and even terrazzo. When stone floors, counter tops, walls or vanities become neglected and start to look dull, SMS can restore these sustainable surfaces to a “like new” condition. We will then equip our customers with easy green cleaning instructions to keep these surfaces looking as good as the day the system was installed. Proven tests have indicated that stone polishing and impregnating/penetrating sealers increase the coefficient of friction, making the surface safer than waxes and polymers. This system also incorporates training programs, which allows the utilization of your existing equipment and personnel.

SMS Tile & Grout Deep Clean & Grout Color Stain/Seal System
This system was designed as a green link for ceramic, quarry, porcelain and grout. Our technicians use non-harmful agents, yet they are powerful enough to disinfect and deep clean the tile and grout which is vitally important. The tiles are durable and will last for decades but the grout between is very porous and will collect dirt, grease, bacteria, mold, etc. and could harbor infectious pathogens. The deep clean process prepares the grout for the color stain/seal application. This application preserves the new look, seals out dirt and stains while keeping the grout uniform in color. The color stain/seal is endorsed by every national grout manufacturer therefore maintains and adds value to the flooring investment. Maintaining these surfaces will be much easier when using neutral PH cleaners instead of harsh chemicals. This system also incorporates training programs, which allows the utilization of your existing equipment and personnel.

SMS Ceiling & Wall Cleaning Systems

Vinyl Sheetrock Ceilings
These “code” ceilings are required in food service areas, clean rooms and restrooms. These ceilings can last the lifetime of the building when properly maintained. With time, vinyl sheetrock ceilings will collect dirt, grease, food particles and many other microbial molecules. Impressively, we are able to restore these ceiling to “like new” conditions at a fraction of replacement costs.

Acoustical Ceilings
Acoustical ceilings are the 2nd largest bacterial sponge next to carpeting. These ceilings are designed to absorb sound, in all reality they absorb everything from dirt to smoke and RSP’s to VOC’s. The minute air borne toxins are not visible to the naked eye; giving the false impression the ceilings are clean. We can clean the entire ceiling or areas to your concerns. As an option for the visible soil, SMS offers a vent & diffuser area clean which includes the vents, diffusers and the surrounding tiles that feather out a uniform look to the ceiling. Our process allows ceiling tiles and walls that contain asbestos to be thoroughly cleaned without disturbing the asbestos. This will greatly reduce the costs that asbestos removal incorporates.

Our Dust Containment System or DCS increases light reflection and illumination due to intense detailing. The combination of this wet/dry cleaning system removes explosive dust, debris and other contaminates from rafters, duct work, piping, lighting, signage, etc. and decreases the risks of potential fire hazards. In the food industry, this system helps minimize the potential for cross contamination and infestation. The DCS is designed to cater toward any type of concern, which makes it a favorite among grocery stores, factories and warehouses.
