SMS is a non-janitorial business. We specialize in honest, affordable restoration and care for stone, terrazzo, ceramic & grout. The core of our business started in 1996 as a special cleaning/restoration service for all types of ceilings and walls. Today, all of our services and programs that we call SMS Systems lend themselves to Green Initiatives.

In today's confusing business climate with the added financial pressures, companies need to seek beneficial means of operating. When we "tie-in" all the “green” misunderstandings, it's easier to just "stay the course", rather than to try new alternatives. I am a firm believer that “going green” (with common sense), will reduce usage of chemicals, water, utilities and most importantly, labor. More so, green practices increase sustainability on certain surfaces and should never cost more than conventional maintenance.
